Common questions

Is any real money involved?

No. Every stash, stake and payout is play money with no cash value. There are no deposits, cash-outs or prizes.

How do I join a league?

Ask your league's commissioner for the invite link or code, then tap Join with code under Profile. Joining closes when a league's first week starts.

When does my stash reset?

Every Monday at midnight US Eastern time. Everyone starts each week with the same stash, and nothing carries over.

Why can't I see the standings?

The leaderboard stays hidden until all of the week's games are final. Then everyone's picks and results are revealed together.

A pick settled wrong. What now?

Results come from official game scores, which are sometimes corrected after the fact. Email us with the game and pick, and we'll look into it.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Your profile, username and sign-in are deleted for good. Your past picks and results stay in your leagues as "Deleted user", so their standings still add up. Can't get into the app? Email us from the address you signed in with and we'll delete it for you.
